Matthieu Daum accompanied us from 2010 to 2017, a pivotal period as the three European provinces merged into a single province in 2011. Thanks to his expertise and professionalism, those years became an exciting adventure in co-creation where, whilst respecting everyone’s different roles, each of us was able to play a full part in the unification process. « We entered into contact with Matthieu through the recommendation of another Congregation because we were searching for a facilitator for our general chapter, looking for different manners of approach our needs, discern together in the multicultural reality of our Congregation, and also in a process of organisational transformation. This was a great exercise in the preparatory process and during the chapter.
